§1281.10. Penalties
Whoever violates any provision of this Subpart shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the parish jail for not more than ten days, or by both fine and imprisonment, and each day of operation in violation of this Subpart shall constitute a separate offense.
