§1085.8. Penalty; revocation of charter
Whoever violates any provision of this Subpart shall be fined not more than fifty dollars for the first offense, not more than one hundred dollars for the second offense, and not more than two hundred dollars for each subsequent offense.
If the accused is a physician, midwife, or the like, the court may also order a revocation of his license. If the accused is a maternity home or the like, incorporated under the laws of this state, the court may order a revocation of its charter.
