§1121.10. Rules and regulations
The secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health shall make all necessary rules and regulations for the carrying out of the purposes of this Subpart. These rules and regulations shall be printed in pamphlet or folder form in sufficient numbers for free distribution among physicians, sanitariums, and the general public.
