§1121.4. Examination of persons suspected of being infected
The Louisiana Department of Health, hereinafter referred to as the "department," through an authorized medical representative appointed for that purpose, may give a physical examination to any person suspected of being infected with a venereal disease. The examination shall be given under conditions thought reasonable by the department. No person shall fail or refuse to submit to this examination.
