§467. Bonds and other debt instruments, financing
All bonds, notes, bond anticipation notes, notes in the nature of commercial paper, or other instruments, certificates or evidence of indebtedness or obligations issued under this Chapter prior to August 15, 1997, are hereby declared to be valid, legal, binding, and enforceable obligations to the extent of the obligation as provided in any such bonds, notes, instruments, certificates or evidences of indebtedness, and the proceedings relating to the issuance thereof. This Chapter, as it existed immediately prior to August 15, 1997, shall continue to govern all rights and obligations existing under any bonds issued or authorized by a housing authority of this state prior to August 15, 1997.
This Section shall be deemed not to have been repealed by the enactment of Parts I, II, and III of this Chapter, with respect to all such bonds. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all obligors and all obligees may agree in writing that any bonds of a housing authority which are outstanding or authorized on August 15, 1997, shall be governed by this Chapter.
