PART VI. PUBLIC HEALTH FEES AND PERMITS

§31.31. Definitions

As used in this Part:

(1)"Department" means the Louisiana Department of Health except in instances of the issuance of licenses and the collection of fees from transporters and haulers of sewage sludge or biosolids, when "department" means the Department of Environmental Quality.

(2)"Office" means the Louisiana Department of Health, office of public health.
