§1332. Definitions
For the purposes of this Chapter:
(1)"Licensing agency" shall mean any agency transferred as provided in R.S. 36:803.
(2)"Committee" shall mean the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
