PART II. BOARD OF PHARMACY
§1171. Louisiana Board of Pharmacy; creation
The Louisiana Board of Pharmacy is hereby created within the Louisiana Department of Health and is subject to the provisions of R.S. 36:803. The board shall carry out the purposes and enforce the provisions of this Chapter.
