§1734. Chiropractors' peer review committee; immunity
Any chiropractor who serves on a peer review committee or chiropractic board of examiners or any chiropractor who serves as a consultant to a peer review committee established by a chiropractic society or association to review any controversy or dispute involving a patient, chiropractor, or provider of chiropractic benefits, shall not be liable to any person for damages as a result of any action taken or recommendation made by him within the scope of his function as a member of or consultant to such peer review committee or chiropractic board of examiners if such action was taken or recommendation made without malice.
No chiropractic association or chiropractic society shall be liable for damages for any action taken or recommendation made by a peer review committee or chiropractic board of examiners or any member of said committee, board or consultant to said committee or board.
