§952. Transferred or abolished agencies; information to be furnished; cooperation
A. The chief administrative authority of each agency transferred or abolished by this Title, which agency or its functions are transferred to the Department of Corrections or the Department of Health and Human Resources, shall transmit to the governor through the commissioner of administration or to the committee, upon request, any information necessary to implement the reorganization, including but not limited to:
(a)a complete list of all personnel, including salaries and job descriptions;
(b)a complete inventory of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment of every kind;
(c)financial data and information;
(d)a summary of all floor space in state office buildings or otherwise then being utilized. Every such agency and the personnel thereof shall fully cooperate with the governor, the commissioner, and the committee, who shall be responsible for carrying out the purposes of this Part.
B. The chief administrative authority of each agency transferred or abolished by this Title, which agency or its functions are transferred to one of the departments to which this Part is applicable other than as designated in Subsection A hereof, shall transmit such information as described in Subsection A to the committee upon request and every such agency shall fully cooperate with the committee.
