§3404. Bonds
Any public trust of which the state is the beneficiary is hereby authorized to issue revenue bonds on behalf of the department for any purpose authorized under this Chapter payable out of and secured by any part or all of the revenues, tolls, charges, user fees, and receipts derived or to be derived by the department pursuant to this Chapter, or from any other sources whatsoever, including, but not by way of limitation, other monies which, by law or contract, may be made available to the department.
Said bonds shall be issued in accordance with the requirements of the public trust act, R.S. 9:2341 through 2347; however, the requirements of R.S. 9:2347(J) relating to legislative approval and inclusion of the project in a capital budget shall not apply to the revenue bonds or project authorized hereby.
