§140.35. Method of procedure
Except for the adopting of the zoning ordinance or any amendment thereto by the city council, before adopting any code, ordinance, plan, or other measure pursuant to this Subpart, the city council shall hold a public hearing thereon, at least ten days notice of the time and place of which shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipality.
