SUBPART B. JOINT SELF-INSURANCE PROGRAMS BY
LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL SUBDIVISIONS
§1341. Short title
This Subpart shall be known and may be cited as the "Local Governmental Subdivision Self-Insurance Act of 1979."
