§3972. Form of sewer certificates
The said sewer certificate shall be signed by the mayor on the behalf of and in the name of the municipality and under the seal thereof. The interest coupons shall be signed with facsimile signature of the said officer and before delivery thereof the certificate shall be registered in the mortgage records in the parish in which said district or sub-districts are located, as to the serial number or numbers, amount, rate of interest, dates due and sewer district or districts improved.
Each of said certificates shall bear the following endorsement: "This certificate registered in the mortgage records of the Parish of ______ on this the _____ day of ___________, 20___, (Signature Line--) Clerk of Court and Ex-Officio Recorder of Mortgages, Parish of _______________".
