§3821. Authority to issue bonds and levy taxes
Waterworks districts shall be subdivisions of the state and as such may issue bonds and levy taxes in accordance with the provisions of Part III of Chapter 4 of Subtitle II of Title 39 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
