§623. Application for registration; forms; contents; issuance of permit; renewal
Application for registration of each brand of brake fluid shall be made on forms to be supplied by the department. Each form shall include space for the name and address of the applicant, the brand name of the brake fluid and for certification that the brake fluid to be sold under such brand name conforms to the specifications established by the department for brake fluids. Upon receipt and approval of the application the department shall issue to the applicant a permit authorizing the manufacture or wholesale and retail sale and distribution of the brake fluid in this state during the permit period specified in the permit.
Permits shall be renewed at the discretion of the department, provided, such renewals shall not be required more frequently than once every two years.
