CHAPTER 16. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS INFORMATION

DEVELOPMENT, PREPAREDNESS, AND

RESPONSE ACT

§2361. Citation

This Chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Hazardous Materials Information Development, Preparedness, and Response Act" and may be referred to as the "Right-to-Know" Law.
