§2200. Subsurface injection
Nothing herein shall limit the power of the secretary to issue permits and make regulations relative to the subsurface injection of waste products and oil and gas field salt water in compliance with Chapter 1 of this Title and the subsurface injection of hazardous wastes in compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, 42 U.S.C. 300f et seq., and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. 6901 et seq.
