§3004. Fees for vocational work evaluation services performed by Louisiana Works
A.(1) The secretary of Louisiana Works shall promulgate rules and regulations for the assessment of fees for payment of costs of vocational work evaluation services performed by Louisiana Works regarding any person with a disability who has insurance coverage for this purpose.
(2)For purposes of this Section, "vocational work evaluation" means a comprehensive process utilizing medical, psychological, social, vocational, educational, cultural, and economic data to evaluate and assist in the vocational development of the individual.
B. Any fee assessed and collected for these services shall be paid directly to Louisiana Works by the individual or by the insurance company or public or private organization or agency that requests the services, for disposition and use as provided by law.
