§2053. Staff
The department shall allocate staff for the council personnel. In addition, if funding is made available, the council may hire additional personnel. The council may also request assignment of staff from the division of administration and affected departments, or the legislature, for utilization on an ad hoc basis with the council or a committee of the council. All agencies shall provide support staff when requested by the council. The commissioner of administration, the president of the Senate, and the speaker of the House of Representatives may provide support staff as necessary and requested.
