SUBPART O. PHYSICIAN AND PROVIDER
NOTIFICATION OF PATIENTS IN HEALTH INSURANCE
EXCHANGE GRACE PERIOD ACT
§1260.31. Short title
This Subpart shall be known and may be cited as the "Physician and Provider Notification of Patients in Health Insurance Exchange Grace Period Act".
