§550.3. Applicability of other provisions
A. The terms and conditions set forth in R.S. 22:96 and Chapter 9 of this Title, R.S. 22:2001 et seq., pertaining to rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation, dissolution, and administrative supervision, apply to captive insurance companies licensed pursuant to this Subpart.
B. The provisions of R.S. 22:72 regarding stock and mutual conversions apply to captive insurance companies licensed pursuant to this Subpart.
C. The provisions of acquisition of control or merger with a domestic insurer provided for in the Insurance Holding Company System Regulatory Law, R.S. 22:691.1 et seq., apply to captive insurance companies licensed pursuant to this Subpart.
