§1260.11. Regulations
The commissioner may promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary or proper to carry out the provisions of this Subpart. The rules and regulations shall be promulgated and adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq.
