§1076. General exceptions
A. The requirements of this Subpart shall not apply to any health insurance coverage in relation to its provision of excepted benefits described in R.S. 22:1061(3)(a).
B. The requirements of this Subpart shall not apply to any health insurance coverage in relation to its provision of excepted benefits described in R.S. 22:1061(3)(b), (c), or
(d)if the benefits are provided under a separate policy, certificate, or contract of insurance.
