§1962. Definitions
As used in this Part, the following terms have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1)"Department" means the state Department of Education.
(2)"School" means the Jimmy D. Long, Sr. Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts.
(3)"State Board" means the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
(4)"State superintendent" means the state superintendent of education.
