§3168. Reporting
The Board of Regents shall submit a written report to the Senate and House committees on education, not later than September thirtieth of each year, on the status of statewide articulation and transfer of credit across all education institutions in Louisiana as provided in this Chapter. Such report shall, at a minimum, include the following:
(1)The number and percentage of students who complete an associate transfer degree program.
(2)The number and percentage of students who earn an associate transfer degree and subsequently transfer to a four-year college or university.
(3)The number and percentage of transfer students who complete a baccalaureate degree, to be reported in aggregate and by the individual postsecondary institution awarding such degree.
(4)A comparison of the academic performance of transfer students and native students including the number of credits earned, degrees awarded, and time to completion of degree. Such information shall be reported in aggregate and by each institution of postsecondary education.
(5)The status of the implementation of the academic transfer module process developed pursuant to R.S. 17:3165.1.
(6)(a) The number of academic or workforce education credits awarded to veterans of the United States Armed Forces for their military education, training, or experience.
(b)The number of academic credits earned by veterans and spouses of veterans from a postsecondary education institution that are transferred to a public postsecondary education institution.
(c)The information required by this Paragraph shall be reported in aggregate and by public postsecondary education institution.
