PART IX. TENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
§241. Additional salary of district attorney
A. The district attorney of the Tenth Judicial District shall receive, in addition to the salary paid by the state, an annual salary of six thousand dollars, payable monthly by the governing authority of the parish of Natchitoches.
B. The governing authority of the parish of Natchitoches shall annually budget an amount sufficient to pay the salary fixed in Subsection A of this Section.
