PART XX. TWENTY-THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT
§511. Additional salary of district attorney
The district attorney of the Twenty-Third Judicial District of this state shall receive, in addition to the salary now paid him by the state, an annual salary of four thousand five hundred dollars, payable on his own warrant, by the parishes comprising the Twenty-Third Judicial District, apportioned as follows:
(1)By the parish of Assumption, the sum of one thousand five hundred dollars per annum.
(2)By the parish of Ascension, the sum of one thousand five hundred dollars per annum.
(3)By the parish of St. James, the sum of one thousand five hundred dollars per annum.
