PART XIV. PRISON ENTERPRISES
§1151. Definitions
As used in this Part, the following words shall have the following meanings ascribed to them:
(1)"Board" means the Prison Enterprises Board.
(2)"Department" means the Louisiana Department of Corrections.
(3)"Secretary" means the secretary of corrections.
