§219. Removal of building or structure from immovable property subject to a conventional mortgage or vendor's privilege
Any person who wilfully or knowingly removes from any immovable property subject to a conventional mortgage or vendor's privilege affecting the immovable property, any building or other structure, or any part of a building or other structure, or any item which was so attached to or connected with any such building or structure as to become subject to a conventional mortgage or vendor's privilege affecting the immovable property at the time of the execution of the mortgage or act creating the vendor's privilege, with intent to defraud and without first obtaining the written consent of all holders of conventional mortgages or vendor's privileges affecting the immovable property shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than two thousand dollars, or imprisoned for not more than one
(1)year, or both, at the discretion of the Court.
