§2496.2. Expenses of municipal and traffic court
A. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, a majority of the judges of the Municipal and Traffic Court of New Orleans may authorize a payment from the consolidated judicial expense fund of the court to defray any expense of the court including but not limited to salary supplements for any personnel as in their discretion may be necessary to expedite the business and function of the court.
B. Nothing in this Section shall authorize an increase in salary for any judge of such court.
