§124. Fees and charges; collection and disposition
That the filing fees and other charges as now authorized by law and presently paid to the clerk of said court shall be collected by said clerk. Out of said fund arising from said fees and charges the said clerk shall first pay the premiums on his fidelity bond, as herein provided, the balance being retained and may be expended for the purchase of stationery, books, furniture, equipment, and any other expenses necessary in the operation of the court and the clerk's office, including the salary of a stenographer to the clerk, salary to be fixed by the court, as directed by the court.
The court, in its discretion, may expend any fee fund balance to defray the expense of employment benefits, including dental insurance.
