RS 13:5087
§5087. Facts declared to be evidence tending to establish monopoly
The fact that any corporation doing business in this state and in other states and engaged in this state and in other states in buying the products of such states in any market thereof, is systematically and without serious and substantial reasons therefor, paying a smaller price for the products of Louisiana than for the similar products of such other states, shall be considered as evidence in any proceeding to enforce the anti-trust laws of this state against such corporation, tending to establish the charge of monopoly or restraint of trade or commerce or business.
Likewise, proof that such defendant discriminates against the product made or grown in Louisiana in favor of the similar product made or grown in foreign countries and imported into Louisiana, shall have and be entitled to the same effect.
