SUBPART E. EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS

§101. Purpose of Subpart

The purpose of this Subpart is to provide mechanisms to implement compliance with the requirements of Article X, Section 29(E)(2)(b) and

(c)and

(3)of the Constitution of Louisiana that the legislature provide with respect to employer funding of state and statewide public retirement systems.
