HRULE 9.13
Rule 9.13. Motion to end consideration of amendments
The form of the motion to end consideration of amendments to a legislative instrument under consideration shall be: "I move to end consideration by the House of any amendments on this measure." The motion is undebatable and shall be adopted by a majority of those present and voting. When adopted, no further amendments, other than an amendment pending and under consideration by the House at the time the motion is made, an amendment to add or delete coauthors, or technical amendments to place the title in conformity with the body of the bill or to place previously adopted amendments in proper form shall be considered or adopted.
The motion to end consideration of amendments is not in order when another member has the floor.
