SECTION 4--RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE

NAKED OWNER

Art. 603. Disposition of the naked ownership; alienation or encumbrance of the property

The naked owner may dispose of the naked ownership, but he cannot thereby affect the usufruct.
