TITLE III. DISTRICT COURTS WHERE JURISDICTION
CONCURRENT WITH JUSTICE OF THE PEACE COURTS
Art. 5011. Procedure
The rules provided in Articles 4917 through 4923 apply to a suit in a district court, when a justice of the peace would have concurrent jurisdiction thereof.
