HRULE 4.9
Rule 4.9. Memorial Day Commemoration; delegation
The Speaker shall appoint a delegation to organize and coordinate an appropriate commemoration of the men and women who lost their lives while serving in the United States Armed Forces. The Speaker shall appoint the officers of the delegation including the chairman who shall be a member who is a veteran of the United States Armed Forces. The commemoration shall occur on an appropriate day in the month of May.
