HRULE 14.6
Rule 14.6. Committee Members; Rights and Privileges
The rights and privileges of committee members shall include the following:
(1)To participate freely in committee discussions and debate.
(2)To offer motions.
(3)To assert points of order and privilege.
(4)To question witnesses, upon recognition by the chairman.
(5)To offer any amendment to any instrument.
(6)To vote on questions as stated by the chairman.
