SRULE 13.97
Rule 13.97. Committee secretary; duties
The secretary assigned to each committee shall:
(1)take and keep the minutes and records of the work of the committee;
(2)prepare the committee reports; and
(3)perform such other duties as the committee, the chairman, or the Senate rules direct.
