Rule 13.74. Notice of interim meetings
During the interim between sessions, the chairman of each standing committee, of each joint committee, and of each subcommittee created under the authority of Senate Rule 13.14, or his designee, shall file with the Secretary notice of every meeting to be held by his committee, together with the written authorization of the President to hold the meeting. The notice shall include the matters to be considered, including any prefiled legislative instruments, the proposed order of their consideration, the time and place of the meeting, and any other information which the committee deems pertinent.
The Secretary shall be responsible for making the notice available to the news media, to the public, and to all lobbyists of record who have filed written request for such notice with the Secretary.
