HRULE 1.4
Rule No. 1.4. Authorization to sit at a member's desk in the House Chamber
In the chamber of the House of Representatives, an employee of the House of Representatives, legislative computer center, or legislative computer helpdesk may sit in the chair permanently affixed to the floor at the desk of a member of the House as provided by House Rule 1.2 if invited to do so by that member.
