(1)Service of process shall be provided in accordance with the Kentucky Rules of Civil
Procedure to the following parties in interest:
(a)The owner of the property at his or her last known address;
(b)The city or county in which the property is located that is not the petitioner;
and
(c)Any lienholder with a recorded interest in the property.
(2)Notice of the pendency and nature of the proceeding shall additionally be provided
by certified or registered mail to any property owner located within five hundred
(500)feet of the property at his or her last known address, including notice the
property owner may petition to intervene in the proceeding.
(3)The petitioner shall notify the parties in interest and any property owner located
within five hundred
(500)feet of the property of the hearing date.
