81.320 Tabulation of votes.

The votes on the plan shall be tabulated in the following manner:
(1)The total votes cast within the city of the first class shall be tabulated as a separate
total.
(2)The total votes cast in the affected area as described pursuant to KRS 81.310, but
lying outside of the city of the first class shall be tabulated as a separate total;
included within this total, the votes cast in each city within this area, which has
been incorporated more than twelve
(12)months prior to the submission to the
qualified voters of the question on the plan, shall be tabulated as individual totals
for the purposes described in subsections
(2)and
(3)of KRS 81.330.
