79.315 Matters to be agreed upon.

In the compact entered into pursuant to KRS 79.310, a city of the first class and the county containing such city shall agree for the period the compact is in effect that:
(1)Any annexation by the city of the first class of unincorporated territory shall be
pursuant to the procedures established by KRS 81A.005;
(2)Occupational license fees collected by the city and the county shall be divided
between the city of the first class and the county in accordance with the formula
established by KRS 79.325;
(3)The control and responsibility for specific boards, commissions and agencies
established or controlled by either the city or the county or by the city and the
county jointly shall be in accordance with the provisions of the compact pursuant to
KRS 79.330 notwithstanding any provision of the Kentucky Revised Statutes to the
contrary.
