77.080 Meetings of board.

(1)Regular meetings of each air pollution control board shall be held at least once in
each calendar month. The time and place of the meetings shall be fixed by the
board.
(2)A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of
conducting business and exercising powers and for all other purposes. The
affirmative vote of at least a majority of the membership of the board shall be
necessary for the adoption of any motion, measure, or resolution, unless in any case
the bylaws of the board require a larger number.
