76.050 Meetings of board -- Quorum.

(1)Regular meetings of the board shall be held at least once in each calendar month,
the time and place of which shall be fixed by the board.
(2)A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum, and the
affirmative vote of at least three
(3)members of the board shall be necessary for the
adoption of any motion, measure, or resolution.
