(1)Chain-carriers and markers shall be paid, by the person causing the survey to be
made, one dollar ($1) per day. If the survey is made under an order of court their
services and the fees to which they are entitled shall be reported by the surveyor in
his report.
(2)Viewers of a road shall be paid, by the applicant, one dollar ($1) per day.
(3)Processioners shall be paid, by the employer, two dollars ($2) per day.
