(1)Arbitrators shall be allowed $1.50 per day, to be paid by the successful party and
taxed as costs.
(2)When land or improvements, in a county containing a population of 150,000 or
over, are ordered by a court to be sold, and an appraisement is required, the
appraisers shall be paid out of the proceeds of the sale a reasonable compensation
fixed by the court, to be taxed as a part of the costs of the action.
