(1)The clerks of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Circuit Courts shall
collect a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) for taking or filing any bond or release on
recognizance.
(2)Such fee shall be deposited in the general fund of the State Treasury.
